Ethics Committee

The Ethics Committee is a collegial body responsible for regulatory compliance at CELSA. Its mission is to promote a culture of compliance among all members of the organization, ensuring that we act ethically and responsibly and that we conduct our business in accordance with current regulations. The Ethics Committee also serves as the Internal Information System Manager (Ethics Hotline).

Through the Ethics Channel, you can report any situation that may be contrary to CELSA’s Code of Ethical Conduct, confidentially, privately, and securely, and if you wish, also anonymously, without fear of reprisal. You can also submit inquiries related to ethics and regulatory compliance.
